Guido Araujo received his Ph.D. degree from Princeton University in 1997. He worked as a compiler consultant for Conexant Semiconductor Systems and Mindspeed Technologies from 1997 – 2000 (California, USA). He is currently a Full Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Sao Paulo, Brazil.
